Good variation of Electro with utility.

I would say he feels "Alive!"

Actually, he can fly. He rides along the currents of Earth's electromagnetic field. He can ionize metal and then, act like he's Magneto with it, he can fight off mental attacks from major psychics such as X-Man, he can overload the synapses in the brain and make it a bomb, he can control machinery, prevent Spider-Man from sticking to walls and lately, convert his entire body into electrical energy, among other things.

Not a bad figure, per se, but I think I'd rather spend the extra 10 points and play the main set Electro.

I like him a lot. He just kinda gives me the feel of the "classic" Electro.

With the new changes to Energy Explosion, this Electro just went from being great, to being amazing. Pulse Wave + Energy Explosion = good times.

(forgot to say) You could guard him with deadshot and have deadshot never miss with Dusk's prob. control.
