a bit poor dial design. it would have made more sense just to give her regular steal energy on clicks 2-4 then make the rest of the soul energy thing a trait or a special power on just click 1, since it only works on click 1 anyway (and you can't use steal energy on click one either obviously!)
I wonder if since the Excess Soul token is a part of her special power and not a trait or something, if she can only use it when that special power is showing. If that's the case then it makes sense why it would not only be on click #1, so she can remove the tokens for stat boosts on more than just one click.
But why would it matter whether that special power was on click #1 only and she had normal steal energy on clicks #2-4 anyways? It's the same thing. Seems nit picky to me.

I like that it is on more than just click 1. That way she can use the free action to bump her own stats on clicks 1-4.

I was half joking before, now I think i'm a little vexed.
This is probably her only shot at getting made and they really dropped the ball on this one. I have a good run of Thunderbolts and, like has been mentioned, she almost never even touchs the ground. So dissappointed. Yet another fail for game design. Read a comic sometime guys, it helps when you are making a game based on COMIC BOOK CHARACTERS!!!
She's got the Thunderbolts keyword. Giving her the Mystics TA on top of that would have been annoying to face on a weekly basis. Now she's more balanced. I'm just glad they gave her the keyword, and didn't omit it like they did Juggernaut.
I like that the Soul Shrivel special only requires a hit and not a character to actually take damage since she only has 2 damage. That makes it still worthwhile to use against Invulnerable/Impervious figures to soften them up a bit. Thunderbolts is also pretty great giving her the Mystics a lot of people think she should have (or any other more useful TA for that game) at an even 90 points.
