I've had them share clicks through the TA many times since the Bird of Prey fast forces came out. Is it missing on the dials on the figures or some menu in the game?

The TA is missing from the menus, lists, etc.; I'll have to have another look in an actual game to confirm.

They both have the Teen Titans team abbility. It just lacks the symbol. You can check it on their card and actions menu in-game.
