Hi, we're doing a 400 points comic accurate league in our venue and my friend wants to do a GL team. The other day he got banned without a reason from here when he made a presentation post (probably because his facesmash nickname got him confused with a spam bot) just when he was going to ask this, so I'm asking in his stead.

What would be examples of good comic accurate GL teams? I think he's currently planning on using this one:

100 FFJL006 Green Lantern
100 FFGL002 Kilowog
100 FFGL004 Sinestro
100 GLGF009 Salaak

I think it's good, albeit barely thematic (when were all those together...? Can't remember, maybe in some random "Everyone defend Oa!"?), but I'm sure there's lots of room for improvement.

Is it modern age? Resources allowed?

All were together in the Hal Jordan Origin story so it's accurate.

Salaak is a personal favorite for GL teams, Sinestro is great, and Kilowog is good too.

I prefer this build for extra map bonus, lots of attackers, great boosts, and variation of powers!

If you don't want to use 2 Abin Sur, go with one and either Ramey Holl and partial gauntlet, drop ATA and belt to add 100 point figure, or JL 52 Green Lantern @72 and an 8 point belt on someone.
