Can oracle use the outwit granted from the utility belt as long as she does not use her SP and choose outwit? i know there is a rule on not being able to use game effects if the character already possesses them. but this seems different.

the way i see it, oracle can not use outwit unless she is first given a power action and chooses outwit. so as long as you don't do that she would be able to use outwit from the belt.

if oracle uses an item through one characters sight line can she use the second item through a different characters sight line? i know her ability says any single friendly, but the x2 symbol seems to say it is two different action. one a power/ranged action the other a free action.

As I read it they would be 2 seperate actions, so I believe there would be an opportunity to switch friendly users

Yes, each new action can key off a different character. The reason for that "single" insert is so that you don't use one character to draw range and another to draw line of fire because the first character is close enough but behind a wall and the second has a clear line of fire but is out of range.

Yeah, pretty much how I understood it. Also I imagine to keep her from using pulse wave from the gauntlet and having the entire map within range, lol.

I can use MY EYES ARE EVERYWHERE to make a range o close combat action?

Bump. I'm assuming only rnaged combat attacks...otherwise She'd be able to Handcuffs through people!

She can't make lose combat attacks through friendlies. Close combat actions/attacks require adjacency. Her power allows her to count range and use the lof of friendlies she shares the appropriate keywords with

I figured just had to make sure. But she cna use the ability to nuke TAs through friendlies correct?
