Hindering terrain markers and blocking terrain markers can't be placed. (Debris terrain markers and special markers are unaffected.)
Orange circles: Monitor Room. When a friendly characte occupies a monitor room circle, all friendly characters ignore the effect of hindering terrain and other characters on lines of fire. Characters occupying Monitor Room circles cannot be given ranged attack actions or make ranged attacks.
Orange squares: Armory. When placing objects at the begining of the game, each player must place two objects in Armory suares.
