This week Steve and Jeremiah talk about the Dr. Strange teams they built and how well they played, Why not to play 1000pt teams at 10 actions each and some No Man's Land stuff....and Batman Contest. What's that have to do with Heroclix?
I'm excited to hear the portion on why not to play 1000 point games with 10 actions. We're playing a 1200pt game tonight with 6 actions per turn, it speeds the game up and makes things like Leadership and Brotherhood of Mutants TA more desirable.

This is my complaint with maintaining the 1 action per 100 points considering how much figures generally cost now. It made more sense back in sets where you could easily find figures that cost in the realm of 30-50 points...but unless you're playing a team full of low-cost generics these days it's just not happening. Higher point games with 1 action per 150 or 200 points makes a lot more sense for most people...and like you said, makes bonus actions from Leadership and free-move TAs meaningful.

REClixed: Justice for Dmitri Pushkin (your sacrifice will not be forgotten)! New generic Rocket Red @50-75 points while we're at it? Still no 19DV Defender? (WoS Groot doesn't count)

I don't know if it's just me, but you guys did not seem like you were all to excited to be doing this podcast. It lacked the energy and passion that I normally enjoy from listening to you guys. I really enjoy the show normally, and maybe this was just an off week, but it wasn't one of your best.

Agreed, I didn't mean for it come across as a complaint, more of trying to be supportive. Like I said, I enjoy the show and I look forward to it every week (or when ever it comes out).
We need to stop saying "well you can just change the rules". The rules need to be uniformed, for the most part. Yes you can create variants for a tourney or something very once and awhile...but it hurts our game if the rules set changes

I agree, although I said differently on the cast. Friendly games are what we play for the most part at my venue. So we are very flexible.
