My Team's Better Than Your Team: Batman enemies vs. Spider-Man enemies
Welcome to a new flyingicarus and Gargantua production.
Here is a proposed series of games meant to counter-point our bigger or more involved games.
The premise is simple. We start at 800 points to use (to be adjusted if needed). Feats and relics may be used but nothing else and can be used up to 10% of the total cost.
Starting with this game where Spider-Man foes take on Batman's rogues, we will try to find compelling match ups to play out such as:
Asgardians vs Kryptonians
Fantastic Four vs Cap's Kooky Quartet
70s JLA vs 70s Avengers
This is not to say we couldn't do the Inhumans vs Great Ten. Any match is game.
The winner chooses his next line up for the other player to match with a team of their own.

Reason: Added 10% rule for feats
"What about Harvey? He's neither," the Joker interrupted.
"Zip it, clown, or I'll rip your head off!" Two-Face snarled.
"Don't you dare threaten my puddin'!" Harley leapt to her feet. A couple of the Joker's henchmen joined her.
The Penguin sighed. "Firefly, would you do the honors?"
"Sure thing," Firefly agreed and separated the two parties with a wall of fire.
"As I was saying," Penguin continued. "We have encroachers."
"You know they have treatments for that now," the Joker put in.
"This is going well," the Riddler whispered to Catwoman, both of them sitting by themselves off to one side.
Catwoman laughed. "Oh yes, I'm so glad I came to this little rendez-vous."
"Joker, if you do not shut up, you will be taking your teeth home in a bag," Bane said.
The Joker looked as if he was going to make another snappy comeback, and then thought better of it, dropping back into his chair.
"Thank you, Bane," Penguin said. "We have all had our differences as we have fought for control of Gotham's underworld, but now there seem to be a new batch of criminals moving in. I say this is intolerable. If we cannot unite temporarily to deal with this new gang, the Sinister Syndicate, they call themselves, they will squash our own gangs one by one until they, and not we, own this city's streets."
"Penguin's right," Poison Ivy said. "I ran afoul of a couple of them. And they're powerful. One called Venom, and the other, Sandman. I barely escaped alive. And there's a half-dozen more besides, at least. We can't take them alone. We've got to join forces against these interlopers."
"I'm in," Two-Face said, looking at the result of a coin flip.
"Fine," Bane said. The Man Bat sqeaked in agreement.
"All right! It's a party then! Who'll bring the dip? Oh wait, Harvey's already here," the Joker laughed.
Bane moved in to separate the Joker from Two-Face who had lunged at him. Firefly and the Man-Bat joined in separating them.
"The Syndicate doesn't even need to lift a finger do they?" Catwoman said to Riddler. "Lock us all together in a room and we'll wipe each other out by morning."
