I think i've figured out a way to use the MOE team ability without wasting actions to take advantage of it:

E. BOoster gold
R. Hawkman
U. Titania
V. Mr. Hyde
E. Wasp
R. Taskmaster
E. Paramedic

YOu can fly the titania and hyde into base contact (not a difficult task) and then attack with both of them only using one action a turn. The Wasp and taskmaster can also use the MOE ability and are a pretty god force of themselves. The army is a bunch of good bricks, so it doesn't need the ability, but hte ability lets them be able to do lots of damamge with the least amount of actions

I like Titania and Whirlwind together for MoE. That's a potential 10 clicks from the two.

You could always use a Vet Controler to mind control someone into base contact with three of your guys as well. Follow it up with an incapacitator and they aren't going anywhere.
