Under the old rules, HSS allowed you to break away automatically and pass opposing characters during the move without having to break away again.
Under the new rules, you simply get +2 to break away. Does this still allow you to pass opposing characters during the move without having to break away again (assuming you broke away the first time)? Also, I assume you have to end the HSS movement if you end up adjacent to a character with Plasticity now.
These answers are for the 2013 rules, which are not yet official.
You only have to roll for break away when you start your movement, not in the middle of an action. And since HSS still uses (Running Man) OO it means that you do not have to stop when becoming adjacent to an enemy... Unless that enemy has Plasticity which forces the HSS character to stop.
