Your most efficient 300 pt. Modern Aged Theme Team?
Hello HCRealms community!
I wanted to start a thread so people could show off their greatest builds in the 300 point Modern Age meta. 300 points is the standard build total for competitive heroclix. Theme team bonuses are also insane. You get a bonus to map selection and extra uses of arguably the best power in the game. From a competitive standpoint, you are really shooting yourself in the foot if you opt to not run a theme team. So, including resources, what is your most min/maxed 300 point team?

(Damage) The End of Willpower, the Beginning of Fear: If Sinestro possesses this power after taking pushing damage, place a fear token on this card. Sinestro modifies his attack value by +1 for each fear token on this card. If Sinestro is healed, remove all fear tokens from this card.
(We are also using the Utility Belt, but coding it into this post makes it illegible.) Collectively, this build comes out to 294, so we have 6 slots to add to our utility belt. The optimized option is to assign GL Batman the Utility Belt, but the Utility Belt also makes Sinestro the most feared secondary attacker in this universe or the next. Hal Jordan is basically there to be carried by GL Batman, allowing him to top-dial Running Shot from an impressive 7 squares away. Hal Jordan also makes for an excellent tie-up piece, that can AE into a respectable 3rd line offense. We are netting +3 to our map selection, and also receive 2 extra uses of Theme Team probability control.
I dont have a 300 pt. but I just built this a couple weeks ago and it is nw officially my favorite 400pt team ever... (my venues regularly do 400pt stips)

this build I had originally designed for stips that required 400pts and all figures under 100 pts.... I went 3-0 that night and have been running the team quite often since :P

On the first turn, WW becomes the Jet's pilot (free), and Oracle is given a non-free action to move, but must end adjacent to the IJ.
On the next turn, Oracle pushes to use Moving the Pieces Into Place, gaining Perplex, and grants Invisible Jet a free move action, in which it can Phase/Teleport up to 6 squares and carry Oracle and Bats. With WW piloting, it can place 6 barrier tokens after ending its movement (free).
Batman and Oracle are dropped off. Oracle perplexes Batman's or the Jet's damage to a 4; Batman uses Outwit, and/or attacks via Purple Ray. Bats uses Willpower to negate pushing damage from a second action token.
The Jet can even follow-up with a non-free action to move and create more blocking terrain (once landing), or attack. If Batman doesn't attack on the first free taxi/move action, he can do so on the second move action (non-free). Batman can be promoted to ZomBats, and at some point, WW ejects.
I love running Skrulls at 300.

Double Barrier, TK, Pulsewave, and the chance to roll a 6 to completely frustrate your opponent. It may not be the best team but I have had a ton of fun with it.

Dark Knight Rises #005 GCPD Officer, 40 pts.
Batman V004 GCPD Cruiser (piloted), 68 pts.
Full Utility Belt on Lt. Gordon, 14 pts.
In your 2nd or 3rd turn you should be able to pull this one:
Action 1:
GCPD Cruiser rises Batman's damage value by +1 with Perplex.
Action 2:
Lt. Gordon gets Batman and the GCPD Cruiser into attack position with GET THESE MEN INTO POSITION!
Action 3:
The GCPD Officer pilots the car and uses CLEAR THE STREETS to give 1 opponent 1 click of unavoidable damge and to place the opponent into a square Batman can attack.
Action 4:
Batman attacks with the support of Gordon's (and maybe the Cruiser's) Police team ability AND the WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER power AND the STRIKE FROM THE SHADOWS power with an attack value of 12, for 4 clicks of penetrating damage against an opponent whose defense is lowered by -2 or -3.
Next turn you can easily repeat the above three, all your acting characters have Willpower/Indomitable.
And yes, the belt is on Lt. Gordon. That way Batman can engage the 10th Anniversary Iron Man. Lt. Gordon uses the belt to outwit team abilities. (its main function IMHO)
It may not be the most effective 300 pt team, but not including Team Bases, this is definitely a hard team to deal with.

Constantine to give prob to the bug in certain positions and also negate opponents probs. The Bug runs around killing things and advancing the Gauntlet to 2 if not 3.
Most 300 pt teams would be hard pressed to deal with unoutwittable Imperv and 23+ clix of life.
EDIT: You could also downgrade Constantine to Mindwarp and pick up the Silver Age ATA on all three.

Barda carries Wonder Woman who gives you a second attack after Barda delivers the pain. Oracle gives either Barda or Wonder Woman additional movement. The Bat Signal can call one of them back.

This may not be the "best team", but its one of my favorite to play. I use it as a test when I'm trying out a new team.

Star Sapphire uses Amorous Truce to protect Worldbreaker from any EW or PB pieces. Scarlet Witch typically Perplex's up his defense to a 19, and uses Prob Control to support him. Star uses RCE or dual target Incap where appropriate.
I didn't come up with it, but this is a favorite of mine:

Play on the Garden map, allows for +5 to map roll, decent damage output and theme team prob when Black Widow is bored doing nothing else.
Hawkeye is still a threat when they come in close thanks to his sharp-shooter ability, and Tigra is great at clean-up against close opponents.

This team has an "Outsider", two mystics, two probs, two perplexes(Omens doesn't need LOF and is only -2), mind control(also doesn't need LOF w/Omen), duo target incap, two psychic blasters, barrier, and Indigo has a trait that lets her stop opposing characters within 6 squares from taking power actions.
Plus you get to brag about not having a theme team or using a resource. Then ladies will want to have sex with you. I hope.....
