I am very new Ive been playing for about a week and I have a question on mysterio#206.It says on the PAC that for smoke cloud you have to have a minimum of 1 range.He has 0.How would I use the power?Thanks in advance

Smoke Cloud has a minimum of 1 range. The character doesn't have to have range of 1 or greater. When the character uses smoke cloud, because of the rule of minimums his range goes to 1. He can place the smoke cloud underneath or adjacent to him.

It should be noted that in the 2013 PAC, the minimum for Smoke Cloud goes to 4.

Wanted to add another question with smoke cloud. When removing the markers, are all the markes removed all at once or do you remove them one at a time?

When the effect ends it happens simultaneously for all smoke cloud tokens.

There are some powers and effects that tell you to remove one at a time but standard power Smoke Cloud doesn't have such a stipulation.
