I was talking with a friend of mine and he had said that when he was playing against someone they used oracle's special power and moved friendly character, then activated the standard power poison. I was under the understanding that poison activated at the beginning of your turn not after you have given a power action. I'm I right when that use of poison could not have been done.


Oracles Special Power states: MOVING THE PIECES INTO PLACE: Give Oracle a power action and choose another friendly character that shares a keyword with her and has no action tokens. That character is immediately given a move action as a free action with their speed value halved for this action.


And poison states :
At the beginning of your turn, give your character a free action and deal 1 damage to each adjacent opposing character.

Thanks I thought so. Well then that guy was either cheating or does not know the rules of the game then. It was just very perplexing.
