Thank you to the HC community for highlighting the problems with Vixen's Tantu Totem and Phantom Stranger's 30 Pieces of Silver. In response, the Rules Team has reached out to Game Design for a clarification. Game Design has approved the below errata and it will be appearing in the June Player's Guide.

Vixen
TANTU TOTEM: Give Vixen a free action and she can use any ONE standard power possessed by any ONE character on the battlefield with the Animal keyword until your next turn and as long as that character possesses the power. When she does, at the beginning of her next turn, roll a d6 and on a result of 1 deal Vixen 1 unavoidable damage.


Additionally, Game design has approved errata for the Phantom Stranger. This errata will appear in the PG after the Phantom Stranger is released.

THIRTY PIECES OF SILVER: At the beginning of your turn, give Phantom Stranger a free action and modify any ONE of his combat values by +1 until your next turn, but only if you modify another friendly character's same combat value by -1 until your next turn.

Ok, what about the Batmobles "Familiar Controls" and the Military Tanks "Take this tin can for a ride" traits? Those are worded along the lines of the Thirty Pieces of Silver.

Since In Contact With Oracle on Huntress and Black Canary use the same/similar wording and were ruled to be a single value as well, for the purposes of consistency will they also receive errata to specify one?

edit: and then I see a post elsewhere that says yes in fact you intend to do that. Wow, finding all those cases is going to be some work...
