Welcome to another preview from the upcoming Fellowship of the Ring HeroClix set. When last we left the Fellowship they were in Isengard and in perilous battle with Saruman. Now they must traverse the Misty Mountains and travel through Gladden Fields to seek refuge at Mirkwood, the home of their traveling companion, Legolas Greenleaf.

Holy wow, melee Legolas is going to seriously chew through the competition. Love the incap-if-does-damage power, even with the once per turn and mostly showing up on clicks with 2 damage restrictions. Topped off with an ability that lets his team plink away at foes with reducers even if their own damage is one...must have!

Add some briefcase armor on this piece and he's a complete nightmare.

This next LotR set is looking beastly.

Awesome up close and deadly version of Legolas! Nice counterpart to the ranged beast we got in the LOTR set.

a little BCF and Regeneration on this dial and it would make an "Uncanny" Wolverine. heh. Bad to the bone..

Question...? Is that a typo,or isn't legolas greenleaf supposed to be printed on the dial as well???Because if not,Wizkids need to fix it...quick!!!

So much half-assing down at Camp WK, it's mind-boggling.

Come on, there's no half-assing at WK. They've graduated to full-assing by now. I think they invented the term.

The only thing I don't like is the Improved Movement Ignores Elevated terrain.

For Elves that should be Hindering terrain because I don't know to many forest maps that have elevated terrain on them.

Plus, this Legolas will have no problem jumping all over a city scape map but have to stop in every hindering terrain on a forest map.

Doesn't make sense to me.

They probably meant green but sent the wrong card to the printer.
