Hello question here I have an opponent who always includes Brother Voodoo, now I know you can't outwit Feats BUT can you use outwit to outwit Mind control his feat allows him "if he has an action token on Brother Voodoo you can use Mind Control as a free action". So he Can Use Mind Control which is a Power and Out Wit can cancel powers so can my batman with out wit cancel Brother Voodoo mind control?

You cannot outwit Brother Voodoo's mind control....He does not possess it, he can use it when he has one token, as a free action...this is a trait...no outwitting it....ever.....

Pretty much true. You can only counter a power or ability that is possessed. Since the language of traits is typically "character can use this power/ability" it is not subject to counter, and traits specifically csannot be countered. If the trait said "Brother VooDoo has/possesses Mind Control and can use it as a free action..." then the MC cfould be countered, but not as it is written.
