I I'm new here and in the hc world

My question is, can i make mind control to a character that can make a free action (example brother voodoo) and controlling that character can make a free action and attack?
Example, mind control to a voodoo and with the controlled voodoo make another mind control as a free action (if he had one action token) and then attack???

No. MC allows you to give one action as a free action. If the action you choose to give is a free action (perplex, outwit, Voodoo's MC, Poison, or Smoke Cloud) then the MC ends.

Just to clarify...

Your Voodoo = BV
Their Voodoo = V

BV can Mind Control V. V has one action token so you can use Mindcontrol as a Free Action. V is no longer under the influence of Mind Control.

BV can then take a regular action.

<hit, evasion process, et al, assume I hit>
<I control enemy character for one action>
[give enemy character an action, be it free, power, ranged combat, move, close combat]
[resolve said action]
[return enemy character to owner's control]

You get one action of any kind during a Mind Control - everything extra is a no go. Also note though, you get to resolve any sub-actions in an action (i.e. Charge's close combat action) because it is a part of that action
