Wow, tough question, but I gotta say I still love Iron Fist's costume after all these years. The green and yellow is the best, but the red one was cool as well.

Flash: His Silver Age costume is perfection. It screams Super Hero!
Captain Marvel: He's the Big Red Cheese for goodness sake.
Superman : The Big Blue Boyscout - you gotta love heroes that come to be known for their costume.
Batman: It still instills fear in the baddies. Big capes are an artist's dream come true.
Captain America: Patriotic and not affraid to show it!
Wonder Woman: Tried and true since WWII!!! If you've got it, flaunt it.
Green Arrow (Long Bow Hunter - Mike Grell): Straight from poaching the King's private deer.
Luke Cage: A tribute to Black 70's pulp!!! Awesome.

Galactus always has style...a big purple helmet with those giant things sticking out of the sides. He always looks great.

i've always had a fondness for the classic Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), Green Arrow and Hawkman designs.
Also a big fan of Banshee's green and yellow costume, and the Phoenix green and gold.
(...Never realized before that the green ones stand out more, for me.)
