Today we will continue our preview of Star Trek Tactics HeroClix Series III with some of the most terrifying foes the Federation has ever encountered in their many travels, the Borg! Utilizing a collective "hive-mind", the Borg are deadly adversaries who assimilate other cultures and technology and can respond to threats with an almost immediate adaptation!

Gonna have to make a team of all "Prime" figures!

Gotta get all the borg stuff. I have been waiting for them to introduce the borg.

With no move & attack or defense against outwit, the Borg queen ship is a huge target. One that will be relatively easy to take down.

At 50 PTS a cube. She has lots of mastermind fodder, deals pen on all her Dmg.. Oh ya and outwit.. She's pretty formidable.. I'm suprised

Hmm...I think I'd be hesitant to use the Queen in a 300 point game (at best you can fit two small cubes in as fodder), but in a higher point match I'd love to throw her and a fleet of Borg at all comers. *sigh* Now I need to get collecting and fill in the gaps I have from series I & II and get some ships in multiple to make things interesting.

All damage by the Borg Queen ship is penetrating; that is simply devastating. I don't think a 2nd scout cube is needed though.

I foresee some epic Borg / Federation battles with the new Enterprise D and the Queen Vessel ship.

It'd be nice to see a surprise "End Game" Voyager in this set with the new shielding and transphasic torpedoes (I think that's what they were called) to team up with the new Enterprise D.

My problem remains finding people to play Star Trek clix with, only Super Hero players at my nearby venues :_(

I hope one of the Cubes comes with TK or a special move trait. The Borg don't have any move and attack powers.

I agree they could use some move and attack love, but phasing teleport with indom at least offers something close. that Queens ship is pretty mean looking.
