First off, I don't know why they didn't call it First Turn Immunity instead lol Anyways, If I pass my first turn to gain first round immunity, and my opponent does the same, does he get his own first round immunity?

It's because the immunity last through the round and not simply the turn.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Both player's always have immunity for one full round. If player two chooses to stand around like a schmuck to allow player one to blitz him on the second turn, well, that's on player two.

I've got to correct this as people could take this to mean something you're not intending.
Attacks most certainly can happen during the first round, but only against figures which have taken an action, moved, been placed, or otherwise have foregone their FRI protection.
passing is part of the game and should not be looked at is cheating or unsportmanlike
While I'll be first in line to defend this position, I have to ask from whence this statement is originating within this discussion. Nobody said anything for or against passing as a strategy.

Ah, alright. My bad. Thanks for the fix!

I see you point Harpua sir. It's just that, if other players that played other games, mainly TCGs, some matches have multiple rounds and so on and so fort. So sometimes it confuses other players who are used to that kind of environment. Like in a match against a player, there are 3 rounds. And in a round players take turns. I hope you understand my point here. But again, I'm not here to debate the name. I just want to find out about how it goes about
So I guess my follow up question is, if ever there will be like 2 jerks playing and they both stand still passing every turn, would that be technically legal? I know it's stalling. But still want to ask

Passing is perfectly legal. There are some people who don't like it as a strategy, but there is nothing in the rules that prevents a player from passing on every turn they get.
FRI, however, does not continue beyond its stated duration - the Round.

As long as they pass in a timely manner it is not stalling. And while it is certainly not the most exciting style of play it's not illegal.

First, I would like to commend karatejoe1978 on his precognitive capabilities.
Second, there is absolutely nothing about passing which implies that anybody is a jerk.
Third, and most importantly...passing is not stalling and is totally legal.

I had a guy that kept "passing" three turns in a row waiting me to come to him. I told him that if I came over to his "trap" I had a 100% chance of losing but if we went to a roll off I had at least a 50% chance of winning that way so it was up to him to decide if we were going to meet in the middle or just go to a roll off. He didn't seem to happy but that got him to finally move out of his corner of the map and stop passing.

So both of you were essentially passing, then.*
It always takes both parties involved to allow this to happen, so it simply does not make sense for one party gets so upset about it when both are equally guilty of having it transpire.
He has a strategic advantage staying where he is and not coming out to you.
You have a strategic advantage of staying where you are and not going in to him.
Neither one of you opts to give up your position to meet the other player on his terms.
You are both doing the same thing.
* - A person may be giving "busy work" actions while not actually going to engage, but for all intents and purposes of the discussion, that's still passing.

I was slowly moving across the map, just past the half way point so I had moved and cleared, moved and cleared. He just went to the corner and cleared and then did nothing.

Exactly...and so you had reached a point where you were going no further.
At that point, you basically had two choices.
1) Sit there and do nothing except perhaps Perplex a defense here or there or other simple things like moving, but not really going anywhere.
2) Go in and get him.
You told him that you were not going to do #2, so we can deduce that you were going to do #1, and that really just amounts to you doing the same thing he was doing.
Again, there is no way for one person to ever employ a strategy of sitting back and passing without the other person doing the exact same thing.
