Animal Influence (Attack) If Alyosha Kraven was given a non-free action this turn, you may give Gulyadkin the Lion or another friendly character with the Animal keyword a move action as a free action.

Tail Whip (Damage) Give Lizard a free action to make a close combat attack, modifying his attack value by -1.
Ok. So lets say you Charge with Alyosha, then grant Lizard his free move. He then makes a close combat attack. Can he then roll breakaway, and assuming he succeeds, charge for another attack? And THEN be given his tail whip? Because 3 attacks all back to back like that seems pretty OP.
Where are you getting a 3rd attack? Lizard can Tail Whip and yes, he can Charge for another attack. But I don't see where the 3rd attack is coming from.
They groaned, they stirred, they all uprose, Nor spake, nor moved their eyes; It had been strange, even in a dream, To have seen those dead men rise.

Use the belt. Prep to +2 flurry. Then Lizard gets 3 attacks.
"And I shall make little coins with my head on them and place them in the thongs of your strippers."

If you're going to do this and are playing the belt with 3+ items, when you Prep Time just take the pushing damage to let yourself get on that Tail Whip click.
Of instead of 3 attacks, just Prep Time to +2 Outwit, let the pushing happen to get on Tail Whip, and from that point on do the free move via Kraven, Outwit their defense, and use Tail Whip to attack for full 3 damage. Semi-permanent 19 defense, 12 attack and 11 move means you'll be getting around the board and dealing consistent damage.
I think I'd honestly take this over the one time Flurry. If you really need another attack you can just move, Outwit, do a close Combat Action and then Tail Whip.

Which would still not allow the stated case of attack then charge then tail whip. So what question was your example supposed to answer?
The stated case is impossible without more information. There is no 3rd attack in the situation described. I'm guessing the OP is confusing the Lion being able to given any action as a free action with the free move action which can be given to any animal.

Where I bolded is where you would lose the ability to grand him a non-free action.
What your Lizard can do is
Move-Attack/charge-Tail whip
You can mix those up if you so wish.
I do however think you are thinking Kraven here allows Lizard to make a power action(charge) when he grants the free movement.
