can you stack multiple feats on a fig if it meets the requirement?

so for example, can i take:

Cosmic Justice 019 Sgt Rock (who costs 28 pts, and has leadership on his first click)

and add
"contingency plan" (12 pts)
and
"inspiring command" (15 pts) to him?

or is this like ATAs where you can only have one at a time on a fig?

Yes you can do that. However, the total amount of feats in points can't exceed 10% of the total build. So a 300 point game would only allow for 30 points worth of feats.

Yes, you can put multiple feats on a character. The only limit there is on feats is that they can't exceed 10% of the build total for the event. For example, in a 400 point game, you can only have 40 points of feats.
