ALL damage is penetrating... >>> Actually, not all damage will be Penetrating: ASSIMILATION TARGET SHIELDS DRAINING is only on the first 3 clicks. The 3 clicks of Pulse Wave following are cool, but the last 4 clicks w/ Blades/Claws/Fangs and Ranged Combat Expert (kind of a weird, but cool non-combo!!) do not offer any penetrating damage options....
