First things first: someone told me we would be getting an official ruling on stealth on roofedges being targetd by range combat because of a "loophole" in the wordings of being able to fire at roofedge targets. Yet, I just perused the latest FAQs, it doesnt even point it out that stealth on roofedges are still in effect. Hope someone can point that out to me, thanks!

Now, on to tactics: 3d dumpster. I plan on using OWAW Superman tonight and I wanted to utilize his usefulness with HSS/Super Strength. I know I can HSS pick it up and attack with it, but what of AFTER the attack? Who decides where the dumpster goes? And can I pick it up again right there right then and run away with it, going into soar mode with it? Or would I have to do the pick up on my next HSS attack? Thanks whoever answers!

If you were using the attack once and move option for HSS you could pick the dumpster up again. Picking up an oblect must occur during your movement. You would then use it on your next round. You could not, to the best of my knowledge, use the dumpster in any other attack than the first if you used the standing HSS attack.

ok, so i can HSS, pick up the object whack someone with it pick it up again, go to soaring mode, rinse and repeat?

you didnt answer WHO decides where the dumpster goes after the attack, but i m assuming BEING the attacker, that -I- decide.

You, the attacker, decide where it is placed. Yes, with HSS you can hit and run and pick up objects and run.

I think that the roofedge is not considered hindering terrain for issues concerning Stealth and Batman Team ability. i.e. there has to be hindering terrain on the roof edge (an object placed there) for stealth to work and only in that one spot.

oh i m sorry yes i meant putting an object on roofedges, thanks! i forgot to mention that, naturally, for i am absentminded and i get way ahead of myself sometimes.

it used to be that even then, having an object on roofedges and a stealthed fig on it, the stealthed fig cud be targeted via the grounded to elevated ranged combat rules and i even lost a match to that inane ruling at a venue, and ever since i ve been trying to get a concrete ruling on it so thanks herocomplex!
