I don't think so, generally starter set stuff usually add up to even numbers.

Got a bioshock and mos starter in front of me and they are numbered 101-106, so im pretty sure its from a starter set ;)

The only thing I don't like is the 1 lightning bolt. Why give someone EE and 1 lighting bolt. Since almost everyone and their dog has at least toughness nowadays ( or at least gets it) it seems like a bit of a waste. But other than that I want this figure. Now if only they would make a Summoned Skull

My local gaming shop was on the fence about pre-ordering the yugioh set, so the boss asked players on yugioh night if they would pre-order. The enthusiastic yes was followed almost immediately by "what's heroclix"? Even if I didn't play yugioh, I'm still going to pick up the set just for Dark Magician. Going to put the utility belt on him to make Earth-33's Batmage. 8 range, 4 damage, 3 clicks of frontline prob control, not so special feat, and no wasted willpower means he can decimate at range. Prep time and that's six damage with a 15 space swing.

that's a great way to get other players interested.

Do you mean 17 Range? +2 to range puts you at 10 range. plus 7 from running shot (5 to half and then modify by +2).

in a 300 point team, played the following-
Time Wizard (72)
Dark Magician (150)
The Ancient One (78)
300 even...
They ripped things apart. Time wizard would go around outwitting things for Dark magician to dismantle them, Ancient one forced rerolls so often that he became a target. once he was taken out, Dark Magician was buffed up while being on Click 4... nothing said painful like 4 damage running stop psyblast. Time Wizard made almost every super senses roll. it was REDONK!
