Great, straightforward explanation right? hmmmm...maybe not.

Do I understand this correctly that Forge can negate a power (standard or special?) then also negate combat and team abilities? Does he nerf Power Cosmic then?

'Can't use' vs. 'countered or ignored'. Is there a difference in Heroclix-speak? Seems to me that 'can't use' means that they 'can't use' the power/sp/ca/ta, right?

This is the same kind of 'can't use' language use for Cyke in the set isn't it?

"Can't use" means a different thing than "counter" which means a different thing than "ignore".

Because Forge simply does not allow the hit characters to use or team abilities, they are not protected by Power Cosmic (or any other effect that references countering).

As an example: He hits WatX 002 Colossus. I choose Invisible as the power he can't use. In addition Colossus can't use Willpower granted from Indom and/or the X-Men TA until my next turn?

In addition Colossus can't use the X-Men TA and/or Indomitable which allows him to use Willpower.
