So if Angrir uses his special power Hammer Clobber, can he bring in the tank turret as the heavy object he gets to place?

HAMMER CLOBBER: Angrir can use Close Combat Expert. When he does and hits, hit characters are knocked back 4 squares and you may place a heavy object in the square they occupied.
I am just wondering, because I thought I read on the forums somewhere that ultra-heavy objects can be used as the heavy object during force construction (light, heavy, any) , as it is considered to be a heavy object.
No, his power just says heavy object, so he can only bring in standard heavy objects. The tank turret is a special heavy object, as indicated by the gear icon on the sculpt and on the card.

Are you sure about this one? I would say that since his power doesn't specify standard heavy objects special ones are also available.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

I dont think so either tank turret is a ULTRA HEAVY object not a standard heavy object
The Turret is an ultra-heavy object. And according to the rule book, "An Ultra Heavy object is a heavy object with a
purple ring instead of a red ring. Ultra Heavy
objects follow all of the rules of heavy objects with
the following changes:"
Since an ultra-heavy is just a version of heavy, that has no impact on this. The only question really is if his power also covers special heavies, or only standards. anthony_barnstable thinks it needs to specify special objects for them to be allowed, I think it needs to specify standards to be restricted.

And you would be wrong sir. It's standard trust me.
I don't know what the intent is, so it may get ruled as you say. But I'm curious about why you're so certain.

Actually given that unless stating STandard it can be ANY OBJECT hence why they had to erratta gizmo until there is a ruling otherwise ou can bring in non standard heavy objects like the bat Signal...not sure on Ultra Heavy.

Basically, yes. Ultra-Heavy is a subset of Heavy, which is why the Turret qualifies as a Heavy for original object placement.

It doesn't say standard object, but it doesn't say you can get it from outside the game either. Think on that.
That's true. But the Uru Forge object doesn't say the replacement can come from outside either, although the ruling is that it can (in fact, must).

I will side with necrodog on this, based on the wording.
I will also expect an errata to side with anthony_barnstable.
