So, here's a question: Which matters more when moving a character?
Say I'm Larfleeze and I move to the right 5 squares, then back to the left 5 squares all in the same move action. Did I move 10 squares for my constructs to use, or did I not move at all, because I ended my move in the same space I was in to begin with.
To that effect can I just give a character a token and say, "I move him 10 squares and end where I start" without actually physically moving him?
Similar to above, can I give M10th Hulk a token, declare he moved out of hindering and back in the same breath, and do it again the following round to push him?
I can see an argument in either direction, but would like to know thoughts.
If you showed a Path of 10 squares, then your character moved 10 squares.

Yeah, you need to have a path. It could easily be a back-and-forth dance, but you need to define where your figure has "moved."
I can see this being variably important depending on the type of game. Your friends at home may not care if you say you moved 10 squares without showing a path, but a stranger in a tournament will probably want to see what exactly you did.
