(Wave 3 is currently expected for a Feb 5th release)
============================== Just got the new Game Trade Magazine in, and in the front flap you can see most of the stats for the 4 ships. I'll throw up here what I can see.
I.K.S. Somraw
3 Attack
1 Agility
3 Hull
2 Shield
Dodge, Target Lock, Scan
At least one tech upgrade, rest blocked
Each time you defend, you may convert up to 2 of your (battlestations) results into (dodge) results.
4th Division Battleship
6 Attack
0 Agility
7 Hull
5 Shield
Target Lock, Scan, Battlestations
1 Tech, 3 Weapon, 2 Crew
Each round one other friendly Jem'Hadar ship within Range 1-2 of your ship may perform an Action on their Action Bar as a Free Action
I.R.W. Gal Gath'Thong
2 Attack
2 Agility
3 Hull
2 Shield
Dodge, Target Lock, Cloak, Sensor Echo
2 Weapons, rest blocked
When initiating an attack while Cloaked, you may fire Plasma Torpedoes without needing a Target Lock.
U.S.S. Equinox
blocked attack
2 Agility
3 Hull
2 Shield*
Dodge, Target Lock, Scan, Battlestations
1 Tech, 1 Weapon, 1 Crew, something blocked between crew and weapon
ACTION: Disable 1 of your Active Shields. During the End Phase this round, repair all of your damaged Shields.
Discuss.
=================================
*The Ship template in the pic appears to be the generic Nova-Class token so if the Equinox follows the patter that all ships, with the small exception of the I.R.W. Praetus, it should have 3 shieds. TA
Looks like the Equinox is the only one with a rear firing arc.

Traitor's thoughts.......
I.K.S. Somraw
Like others have said, seems like this is designed to be rolling more than just the 1 agility..........and without cloak (showing at least) sounds like an Upgrade card (or two!) might be expected on this one with the function to increase defense dice.
4th Division Battleship
So as beefy as expected and helps your other Jem'Hadar ships.........yup, going to be awesome.
I.R.W. Gal Gath'Thong
Oh neat, maybe this will be the closer to the medium ship the Romulans seem to be lacking...........and not needing to have a Target Lock for Plasma Torps? Yeah, I can find a use for that on some builds.
U.S.S. Equinox
Just like the Somraw seems like a agility Upgrade is likely because of it's special power.............the Equinox seems likely to have Upgrades to increase shields based on it's special power.

It is almost upon us! Are you prepared for the Quarmageddon?
IRW is going to be nice to fire the Plastma Torps while cloaked but without having a tech upgrade slot they won't be cloaked for the next turn, but still awesome to see something like that.
FYI the Equinox attack will most likely be 3, they so far have followed a double the stats formula so since it has a cost of 20, we take the stats, add them up, we get 7, so attack has to be 3 to equal 10, which doubled is 20.
Somraw would be 18 for its cost, 16 generic, Gal Gathong should be 18 as well.

Again just speculation
Good thoughts, but I think the Equinox speculation is off, sadly , I think it's going to be a 2 attack as the ship template is actually the Nova-Class (not the Equinox) with the 2 Shields.....which should indicate 3 for the Equinox.
I'm really liking the idea of being able to fire off Plasma Torps without a Target Lock though.....that is awesome.....with Captain Valdore that could be 6 attack dice with 1 re-roll of blank dice.
Can't wait to see the tricks that come with the Equinox and Voyager (Wave 4, obviously) though.

Yet another poor Federation ship. I can't judge the Somraw until I see the upgrades that I'm assuming help it's ability. It'd be nice to use the Dominion Tetryon upgrade on. The Gal Ga'Thing(Intentional) is pretty nasty, and being able to use Torpedos in the current cloaking climate will be nice. The Battleship? I think this one is the game changer and may bring the game out of the dark days of cloaking.
The Gal looks cool and I hope the cost is fair. Romulan = must have.
The Somraw is going to really upgrade the Klingons, I think - giving them a medium ship that is elusive.
The Equinox could be nifty but will be a late choice. I have little attachment to this ship at this moment - but we'll see what upgrades it brings for my Miranda class.
I don't collect Dominion so I won't get this battleship but I expect to battle this thing. Yeesh. I expect to see 2 of them, too. Hopefully they don't have too maneuverable of dials because you really will have to gang-pile them.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

The card shown on the ship base is the generic version "Nova Class".
It shows x, 2, 3, 2.
Generic versions have 1 less shield, we can assume the unique Equinox has 3 shields.
So, x, 2, 3, 3.
Using the simple maths of ship cost, we have (2+3+3)*2 = 16.
As the ship card shows a cost of 20, we have 4 points to allocate. That equates to 2 attack.
I am looking forward to this wave. Might just use the Dominion to cause havoc. The Equinox is kind of light. Are they going to drop something big the Fed way? Hope it has a real good go to card in the pack.

I think the Equniox might be very tough to destroy (like I put up there, it seems likely that some shield upgrades are a strong possibility).....unless of course Voyager feeds you to Slimers cousins for crimes against their race.
Then you are straight up boned.
As for a something big for the Federation.....nothing is coming on that front. Apparently the U.S.S. Sutherland/Nebula-class is going to be under the 'D' in power and Voyager (which I'm figuring will probably be one of the more versatile/useful medium ships in the game, basing it off Andrew's excitement when he talks about it) is not going to be the 'big gun' the Federation we're looking to fill that void.
The 'E' and the Prometheus is what we need to see to get a big gun for the Federation. I figure one of those will probably kick off the first Wave release for the (speculated) Borg OP event.

It will be nice to get something, all those 5's and now a 6 is scary. But we will persist. Of course when I get my Bajoran ships I will be running them, because I am a sucker

4th Division BS + J'H BS, Strike Force Admiral's Orders, possibly a Fleet Resource and any host of upgrades.
You'll have two nasty ships that can both take two actions a turn, and one with an extra attack di. So you'll be able to combo a TL, BS, or Scan every turn. That's if the AOs stick around through February, of course. Once I see the Flagship cards for Dominion, that may be the resource to start with.
