Yes, they are considered adjacent for all purposes of gameplay. Breakaway, close-combat, LOF.

darn........it won't go how I want it.......imagine the s is under the LAST x (corner of building)

....that picture shows they are not adjacent so there is no lof and also u don't have to break away from someone u can't even see unless for some reason wolvie can see thru buildings or the building is made of glass.

ohhh ok sorry bout that then....they are adjacent so they can attack eah other becasue u can draw a ruler straight thru it without touching the building.
