Does a soaring figure still block line of fire? If a soaring Doombot is in front of a character can your opponent draw a line of fire through the Doombot to the character that is behind him? Thanks!

Yes a soaring character still blocks line of sight.

One of the odd quirks in the rules...a soaring figure can be too far away for you to shoot (due to half range) yet be blocking a grounded figure behind it!
