PERCISION STRIKE:
When this character makes an attack, it can't be evaded, and the damage dealt can't be reduced below 1 or transferred.
Ok, I understand the second part about damage dealt.
My problem is understanding "what is an evading" power.
I get Super Senses. It specifically says "evades".
Does it bypass: Combat Reflexes, Energy Shield Deflection, Shape Change? These seem like evading like powers.

You are correct, Super Senses evades and is no help against Precision Strike. The other powers do not evade. If a power lets a character evade an attack, it will say so in the power.

Would it also bypass Shape Change and the Impervious 5-6 roll?

Shape Change is rolled before the attack happens, so Precision Strike really has nothing to do with it.

Impervious on a 5-6 reduces damage to zero, so someone with Precision Strike would still do 1 damage through a successful Impervious roll.

The word "evade" does not appear in any of those powers, so no, it does not. But it does prevent Impervious from reducing the damage below 1

No, Shape Change doesn't evade, it prevents the attack altogether. Precision Strike would let 1 damage get through Impervious, regardless of the roll..

pretty sure that you still get to shape change and impervious roll, but later in the power it says that it can't be reduced below one.

Another question:

If my character has a 3 base base damage and I hit a character with super senses, does that character get dealt all three clicks?

The way I understand it is that an opposing character will take all of the damage dealt unless it has a specific damage reducing power, right?

No matter how much you are dealing... Precision Strike or not, if the opposing character doesn't have a reducer it will always take all the damage.

(With Precision strike, the damage would never be reduced below 1 if the opponent did have a reducer.)
