While I think this is awesome, I can't believe you repainted a 75$! Hahaha Nice job though!
And the Orange Surfer construct is awesome!

I am planning on adding several more of his heralds as constructs including:

-Morg, jumping over his shoulder, battle-axe at the ready
-Firelord, swirling around his right hand.
-Terrax, coming around from behind his back

Thinking of working Nova, Fallen One, and Red Shift in there somewhere.

Hmmm, now considering a Gollum construct just for fun. Maybe Gollum as an Orange lantern himself...

I'm not certain why Galactus would be even vaguely an orange lantern, but I dig the concept of heralds as constructs. Also I think surfer would look a lot better coming from his hand instead of the bottom of his wrist (ideally he'd come off of the ring, but that would be much more difficult to stabilize)

Galactus is perpetually hungry. No matter how much he eats, he wants more. This is where I got the idea of gluttony, or greed.

I had considered drilling a hole into his hand to have Silver Surfer coming out of it, but i didn't want to risk it breaking or me somehow screwing it up. I also subscribe to the belief that it's more fun to have lanterns that can summon contstructs from anywhere around them using the "aura" of their color provided they are wearing the ring.

@RP: After you made me think of Gollum, my friend brought up LOTR characters that can work as lanterns. Needless to say, I may be making Tolkien-Lanterns after this is done, somewhere down the line...

Gandalf = White
Frodo = Green
Gollum = Orange
Sauron = Black
Witch King of Angmar = Indigo
Faramir = Blue
Samwise = Star Sapphire
Nazgul = Yellow
Dunno who for Red. Maybe Treebeard after he sees his forest!

Galactus makes the perfect Orange lantern. His heralds being constructs is freakin' genius.

I'm really digging these "Marvel Lantern" mods.

Love the mod, man. Good job! I can totally see Galactus being an orange lantern. As for Gollum, I ran a Mafia game a while back that was loosely based on the Green Lantern Corps. Gollum was an Orange Lantern, and it worked rather well IMO. If you're not familiar with Realms Mafia, it's a forum based game (obviously) that's like a cross between Clue and role playing. You guys should check it out.

This is an amazing paint job and great idea with the heralds. And quick question was Nova a herald at anytime? Cause I'm a big Nova fan and I haven't read that comic and would love too.

P.S. Don't forget Stardust and Airwalker

It was a female character named Frankie Raye that went by the name of "Nova" and was a herald. IIRC, she was not a part of the Nova Corp. Thank you for the kind words!
