so lets say i would use the Villains for Hire ATA to copy my opponents Batman Ally TA. could one of my Wild Card TAs copy that Batman Ally TA?

Yes and No
The VfH guy only "can use" the other TA. You need to possess an ATA in order to copy it.

The VfH guy DOES possess the VfH ATA, so it can be copied...bringing the other TA with it since the WC is now using the VfH.
