Force Blast
Give this character a power action and roll a d6; a single adjacent opposing character is knocked back from this character a number of squares equal to the result. When this character hits with an attack, you may choose that it generates knock back if it doesn’t already.

FIRST-ROUND IMMUNITY
During the first round of the game, characters that have not been given an action, placed, or moved can’t be targeted by opposing characters, knocked back, attacked, or damaged, unless
a game effect that does so specifically states that it occurs at the beginning of the game.
Can I Force Blast a character currently under First Round Immunity?

I'm still trying to figure out why it is relevant. I just like to be sure I correctly understand all game interactions. I thought that was the answer, I just wanted to confirm it.

If you take Phobos from the Captain America set, who has this power:
God of Fear: Phobos can use Force Blast. When he does, on a result of 4-6, after actions resolve, the affected character becomes friendly and may be immediately given an action as a free action, and then becomes friendly to its previous controller's force.
And if you somehow got him adjacent to an opposing character and still able to act on the first turn, you could FB an opposing character, take control of it and by giving it an action remove its first round immunity.

Considering Phobos's power is also not on his starting click also makes it a pretty hard "trick" to pull off.
If people want to try it out, they can go for it.

1) King Hyperion also needs to be on his second click to use Genocidal Rage. (So... another King Hyperion? )
2) Phobos will have to have done something to void his own first round immunity so King Hyperion could target him... and that something basically needs to be some kind of free action, so that he'd be able to use Force Blast later. Phobos would thus need some kind of feat, resource, etc that would give him a free action-able power or ability.
I ain't saying it can't be done. But you'll get a heart-felt slow clap from me if you can pull off.

something with the phone booth and one of the characters that switch objects around?

Agreed.
So here's what has to happen.
1. Phobos has to do "something" to break his own first round immunity (take an action, be moved, be placed).
2. He has to be damaged off of his first click onto his special power.
3. He has to make it to the other players starting area and still be allowed to be given his Force Blast action.
4. He has to roll a 4-6.
OK realms. How can this be done with as close to a 100% success rate as possible?

The problem with that is even with shuffling the Phone Booth around, I don't know off the top of my head if there is a way to get it into the starting area (and thus, under Phobos). I know there are ways to get it adjacent to the starting area, so if you could somehow give Phobos Side Step, he could easily reach it. But we're starting to get very convoluted
Like I said, I ain't saying it couldn't be done... but it'd be a trick, that's for sure.

GG008 Nebula - gets an object in your starting area (assuming your opponent plays one)
DKR203 Catwoman - switches said object with the booth!

And to be meaningful do some targeting after that. I am thinking a 1000-pt build to get one guy out of his starting area on turn 1.
