I'm just covering my butt. But mainly I thought I read in the past that he couldn't affect himself if he got stealth some how. I don't remember if it was a debate or a ruling. That is why I was asking. I also am developing super secret tech to rule the meta so don't tell anyone.

From a Strategy perspective keep in mind that the new AvX SWitch could still stop Beta Ray Bill (or whomever) from being able to use the Batman TA, which in turn would prevent them from being able to use Stealth. If it weren't for all the great Power Cosmic pieces in the game right now I don't think SWitch would see all that much play. But with PC and Mystics both being pretty popular she's sure to make the rounds.

Y'know what can be even worse? Bill with the Black Light ring.

I've been thinking about that. I need a black light ring. The the biggest thing was dealing with opponents prob and outwit. I figured they couldn't outwit me due to the effect of Bill but I don't know about prob.
