Was one of my favorite feats when it came out, and still one of my favorite feats to use in formats that allow it all these years later. If expecting daisy chains or true swarms but not punishing them with Energy Explosion, gives you the opportunity to really mess up your opponent. Keeping guys off your main figure is a great use (especially when we're talking Kingdom Come), but my favorite figure for use is still or029 Knockout as a budget option with 10 AV that is still a good brawler, so if you never wind up using Shockwave you shouldn't be out of luck.
