The first question is using pulsewave and perplex.
If I use a a character, (Baron Mordo) and perplex up my own damage or attack and used pulse wave to hit Superman (MOS 001), i would still would get the modifier correct?
( my opponent argued perplex was within my own range of PW).

The second is using multi-attack. I thought you couldn't use the same game effect twice.( PW twice, move twice, RCE twice....etc.)Same opponent) said , " they changed the rules again in November and now u could." I told him I didn't think so wanted to make sure because it was at a friends house. Thanks

1) Depends, is the character using Perplex within the Area of Effect and have Line of Fire drawn to it? Note: that the character using Pulse Wave is not in the Area of Effect and does not draw Line of Fire to itself with Pulse Wave.

2) No, the Rule was changed so that you could not make the same attack as a Free Action with Multi-Attack ability.
