If an opponent has the " Protected " card assigned to their figure -and- my figure hits using the attack power " Precision Strike " , does my opponents' figure ignore all of the damage ?

Protected ignores damage. It does not reduce it. Since it doesn't reduce it, Precision Strike doesn't do anything. The figure would take no damage

I cannot imagine a better legacy for my cousin.
Ignoring damage is not the same as reducing it so Protected will be able to ignore the whole damage.

When this character makes an attack, it can’t be evaded, and the damage dealt can’t be reduced below 1 or transferred.

Choose a character. (Optional) If the character does not already have two action tokens on it, you may choose to ignore damage dealt to the character as a result of a single attack. If you do, after that action is resolved, give the character an action token and remove this feat from the game. If the character already had one action token on
it, giving it a second action token deals pushing damage normally. Availability: Armor Wars F003, Mutations & Monsters F102
It always helps to include the relevant text of what your question is about:

Notice how "ignored" is not one of the things that Precision Strike prevents?
Therefore, Protected would ignore the Precision Strike attack and in its place, an action token would be placed on the hit figure and the opponent would score 8 Victory Points (for the Protected).
Hope that helps.

Reason: "Damn my long explanations and need for downloading the PAC!"
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
