DC-Only support for Flashpoint Aquaman?

Hi all, last time I posted for tourney advice was a fun thread, let's see if the magic can happen again.

Event coming up for SLoSH OP: 300 points, Modern Age, DC only, no figure bigger than a 1x2 base, no resources. I just bought a random booster of Superman (2011, not-LoSH) and pulled the Flashpoint Aquaman figure:

(Special) Flood The Land In Revenge: When Aquaman is KO'd, all grounded terrain becomes squares of water terrain for the rest of the game instead of squares of clear, hindering, or blocking terrain, even though this character is not on the map.

(Special) Invade the Surface: After an action resolves in which Aquaman moves due to his own action, you may give any number of other friendly characters possessing "dolphin speed symbol" or "transporter dolphin speed symbol" a free action to move up to three squares if they currently occupy water terrain.

(Attack) Underground Geyser: Give Aquaman a double power action and choose any square of clear terrain within a range of 8 and line of fire. Place a special terrain marker in the chosen square and it becomes water terrain for the rest of the game. Deal a character occupying that square 3 damage, and then each character occupying an adjacent square is knocked back from the chosen square 3 squares.

(Defense) All Must Be Submerged: Aquaman can use Toughness and Willpower.

I like the looks of him, but I'm wondering: what to do with the other 144 points? Obviously I'd love to throw a full Utility Belt on him, but that's not an option for this event. I'd enjoy pairing him up with the Superman Beyond LE for which I recently traded, but that's one point over.

Haven't done much DC-only since I got back into the game, so I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions or advice on this. Go "Ruler" with Bruce Wayne and King Tut? Add in DC10 Blue Beetle for some covering fire? Play Flashpoint AM as a kamikaze and then run board with Teen Titans Aquaman once the map's flooded? If anyone's had great success with this guy recently, I'd love to hear about it.
