Charge Beta Ray Bill is more of a Hand on Type of guy.

Invulnerability He is very invulnerable.

Toughness He is Very resistant to damage.

Close Combat Expert Beta Ray Bill has all the abilities of Thor.

I would have given a few clicks of Super Strength and then maybe Energy Explosion..

I was thinking of Energy Explosion.

He just seems kind of shy on the attack super powers. 1-2 SS and 1-3 EE would have rounded him out.

I was thinking of giving him EE for the first couple klixs and possible Super Strength after that.

In "The Ballad of Beta Ray Bill" he whooped on Thor before he ever got a hammer, if memory serves, so he was never 'normal'

That would be interesting coupled with his Charge.

Thor got seperated from his hammer thats how Beta Ray Bill Beat Thor. Plus Thor didnt take Beta Ray Serious. With Thor's Power. Beta Ray Bill barely beat Thor.

True, in his first appearance, Beta Ray Bill only beat Thor and stole his power after Thor lost his hammer and reverted back to Dr Donald Blake. However, in the next issue (Thor #338), Bill defeated Thor in a duel even without having Thor's power himself (neither were allowed to use Mjolnir). But a tramsformation click is still kind approipriate, since Bill's body at the time was not really his own, it had been created for him to be his people's ultimate weapon against a horde of demons. He loathed that he had become a monster, even if the sacrifice was to save his entire race. At the end of the Surtur saga, Odin gave Bill the power to return to his normal, powerless, more human-looking form.

Powers-wise, I think he should be nearly identical to E or V Thor (stronger than the E version, at least), so more Invulnerability, and SS instead of CCE.

I'd have to disagree with not taking him serious. Especially the 2nd fight when they were to dual for the hammer. I'd give him SS for sure and possibly EE later, or even reverse it. You are right he did barely beat him, but he *did* beat him and saved him from going over the edge of the lava.

You know we gotta pick on the creations sometimes though! Anyway what is the points? They are 'lopped' off on my screen.

In the Second fight he took Bill TOtally serious. But that first fight. Was something different. I would give him EE then Super Strength later on in his dial.
