Ok heres the scenerio..........

Bane goes up to Doomsday.

Batman OUTWITS Doomsdays impervious.

Bane smacks a wild 5 clix of damage because of CLOSE
COMBAT EXPERT.

Now I know that you cannot use CCE/RCE w/other powers but can you still use CCE/RCE if it comes from another person and it doesn't target the CCE/RCEer?

As you can see it was Batmans outwit not Banes and it targeted the victim not the attacker.

LMK as this is something that comes up almost all the times in my games yet I waited this long to ask.

Yes, that's perfectly legal.

As long as Batman has line of site to outwit his Imp., its legal, Bane was not using outwit Batman was, so Bane can lay the smack down on Doomsdays Candy A**.

Perfectly legal.

A Character may not use RCE/CCE against an Opponent he/she is currently Outwitting.
A Character may use RCE/CCE against an Opponent that is currently being Outwitted by another Character.
