I know most people/venues don't use horde tokens, so this may be one for the men in orange~

you have a stack of machine gun warbots.

Can you have all 7 running shot off of the stack if it has no tokens to begin with?

I know the one who leaves the stack gets the token, but are there additional rules I am overlooking?

What about if the stack already has 1 token? Can all but 1 running shot off of the stack?

From the 2013 rulebook:

If a stack has not yet been assigned an action token during a turn, an individual horde token in the stack may unstack. Give the horde token a move action to leave the stack and move away. When a token leaves a stack, any game effects affecting the stack no longer affect the token.

You split a horde token off by giving it a move action. You can't Running Shot off a stack.

From the way it's worded, you can't even Leap/Climb or Phasing/Teleport while leaving the stack, since you gave the token a move action to activate the "Leave the stack" text, not to activate any other powers or abilities.
