Not me. Five clix for 100 points is a little to fragile for my taste. This Cap needs to be played with a little finesse that's true, but he also has a stop-clix to keep him in the fight a little longer. This Cap has staying power and pseudo-stealth to boot.
I agree w/ Slade, for 100-pts I think the CA:TWS Starter Cap is the best choice. All 3 of the CA:TWS Caps are pretty solid, offering a decent range of cost: 100-125-135.

Correction, best 100 point Cap is The First Avenger, from the avenger movie starter. That guy is a trooper, it's just a shame they didn't perfect that shield token trait till the 2nd time around.
A great substitute for a Bucky version of Captain America. Just repaint the sculpt and boom you are done. The powers and keywords all work well for Bucky as Cap.
WIN/LOSS: 2-0 Starter Cap has a cool sculpt and some neat and unique powers. Designed more as a spy vs your standard lead from the front style, Stealth Suit Cap has a great trait and solid numbers for the cost. The "stop" click is really just a last hope Steve can last until time is called and deny the opponent 100 points. Ultimately, 100 is a lot and WK went on to design several Steves of equal value with lower costs.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
