Quick question, can you roll for Impervious on a Mind Contrrol attack so the attack misses? I ruled you can't, but the guy I ruled against was pretty vocal in the fact that he thought I was wrong.
I'm just checking, since I've been wrong before, and I'll likely be wrong again....

Yes, you can. Impervious's only requirement is that the figure be targeted by an attack, which Mind Control fulfills just fine.

Mind Control is an attack, and that is what triggers an Impervious roll. Of course, there is no damage involved (unless you roll a critical hit), so a result of 1-4 means the attack hits and the figure is Mind Controlled.

Well, heck. I'll have to apologize to the guy this weekend. It didn't specifically address the issue in FAQ, so I had to go with a judgement call.
