Multiple starting lines and just one color on the card
The big example is Superman SM001 he have red color on his card (veteran) and at 150pts he have a yellow (rookie) starting line.
Now in units they put the 150pts as rookie when his card dont have 2 dif colors, now the other day the guys had a verteran only game, the superman count as veteran because all his card say red, or there is a rule about this things? because say something about multiple starting lines but nothing about experience level.
Any one have anything about it because with this i believe at 150 supermanis still a veteran
The color of the line on the dial is about as much confirmation of experience level as you're going to get.
Is the a rule quote about it? because i feel that way about the color of the line but the card say other thing and the rules dont say anything about it u.u
Honestly, I'd be surprised if the rules said anything about it. As far as I know, there are no rules tied to the Rookie/Experienced/Veteran designation. It's a relic of MageKnight.

There are *no* rules whatsoever in the game that in any way, shape or form address "rookie", "experienced" or "veteran" status. As far as official Heroclix rules are concerned, the terms are meaningless and may as well not exist.

Well, yeah, there are no rules on this...except the diagram on page 3 showing that the experience level is determined by the color of the picture. No reference is made to the starting lines.
Now, when you get to the multi-colored pics, then you have to delve into the realm of implied rules.
As it is, though, there are no official mechanics which deal with the experience level making the point moot.*
The best answer the OP can get is from the judge in this case.
