Hi,i have a doubt,if i have a xmen theme team and hit character A with mind control (he have xmen keyword),then i use charge with the character A and miss the Roll,can i activate the theme probability control with character A?

Hi,
As long as they have not been given a non-free action that turn they can use Theme Team Probability Control. They would be friendly to the force with the correct Keyword.

So i understood that its legal to use the TTPC with a character that its attacking using the free action of the MC,but my friend said that it dosent said that,help please

There are six requirements to use TTPC:

1. The character must be firendly.
Until the free action granted by MC resolves the character will be friendly.

2. The character must have the theme-keyword.
It does.

3. Must not have been given a non-free action this turn.
Since it's an opposing character it probably hasn't.

4. Must not have 2 action tokens since before.
I assume it doesn't.

5. Must not be able to use PC through other means
I'm going to assume it doesn't.

6. It can't have used TTPC previously in this turn.
I going to assume that it has not done that either.


So if I'm correct in my assumtions above the mind controlled character would be able to use TTPC and be assigned an action token.

I've seen this before and I believe mirandir is correct.
