Please take this with a grain of salt but a more interest if not "noob" question
Can some long time veterans explain why you can't use more than 1 prob, perplex or outwit a turn if you take damage and get a fresh new click that has it, isn't like you haven't used it? I mean you can do that for defense powers say like you have impervious and then are knocked down to invun or impervious again. I've read the rules just wanted some thoughts about it, I'm new and eager to learn to be better but some stuff like this having light shed on it would help me a lot. Thanks!!
Question more with using prob control EXP: using prob then being delt damage then getting prob again on a new click but not being able to use it like for instance on a duo fig who has the duo attack ability to stike you again.

Reason: Typo
If you are on click A, and you have used prob....and you get damaged to click C, which still allows you to use prob, then you have not lost the power and regained it. Now if you are on click A with it, get hit to click B without it, and then later in the turn get hit to click C with prob again, you can use it. You had that power, lost it, then regained it. For all intents and purposes it's 'new' and you can use it the once per turn again.

This is incorrect:
Probability Control Once during your turn, this character allows you to reroll one of your rolls, ignoring the original roll. A character using this power must be within range (minimum range 6) and line of fire to the character for which the original roll was made. Using the same rules, once per round during an opponent's turn, this character allows you to force that opponent to reroll one of their rolls, ignoring the original roll.
Even if lost and regained, you are a character that has already used it Once per turn.

I think you are confusing how this works with how long-lasting effects with things like Outwit work.

Ambush Bug is on click #1. He has used Outwit to counter Superman's Hypersonic Speed.
Scenario 1: Ambush Bug is hit one time and takes 2 damage.
He is now on click #3. Since the dial went directly from Outwit to Outwit, then he did not lose the Outwit. Supes' HSS is still countered.
Scenario 2: Ambush Bug is hit twice, taking 1 damage each time.
After the first hit, he is on click #2. Outwit has been lost, so Supes gets his HSS back.
After the second hit, he is on click #3. He has Outwit again, but since the effect ended after the first hit, Superman still has his HSS.
