I tried reading the other post and got a headache, so please explain it to a newbie

1. I use Prof.X to MC Spiderman. Does that count as an action on my Prof.X? meaning, in a 500 point game, do I now have 4 movements left?

1a. if it does cost an action token, do I still get a token if I miss?

2. If Spidey had no action tokens at the beginning of the turn, can Prof.X MC him for one token, then my Qhite Queen MC him for another token in the same turn, in effect pushing him for 1 damage?

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

1) Yes, mind control is an action.

2) Yes...you can only give your characters one action per turn, but that rule doesn't apply to what you do to your opponent's characters :-)
