Skilled Helmsman is already known, but reposted......
============ Skilled Helmsman (5 SP) ============ (Episode Month 1: The Tholian Web participation prize)
Players receive the 1 Full About Maneuver Template and place it on one of their Ship Cards. For the duration of the battle, the chosen ship (and only that chose ship) may perform the Full About Maneuver.
The Full About Maneuver follows the normal movement rules with the following exceptions:
1) During the Activation Phase, if the player reveals a Red Maneuver on the chosen ship's Maneuver Dial, that ship may disregard it;s chosen maneuver and instead use the Full About Maneuver.
2) The player chooses to turn to the right or to the left, places the Full About Maneuver Template accordingly and then finishes performing the maneuver as normal.
3) After a ship performs the Full About Maneuver, place an Auxiliary Power Token beside that ship. If that ship does not have the Come About Maneuver as one of its normal maneuvers, place a 2nd Auxiliary power Token beside the ship.
==========================================
Red Alert text was not shown but it's a Federation Elite Talent for 2 points that lets you discard it instead of using a Battle Station token that is beside your ship (according to how Teri described it)

Traitors thoughts...
I think the ship is neat as is the Web.....but not a must have by any stretch (which is my preference for LEs anyway).
Not sure I'm as interested in the Skilled Helmsman as I originally was.......I do like the idea that new maneuvers can be added to the game in a similar fashion though.
Red Alert, meh....it's 2 points and it doesn't cost an action to use.....on busy turns it could be decent value for the cost. MUCH BETTER than the Red Shirt, so there is at least that.

It is almost upon us! Are you prepared for the Quarmageddon?
Tholian One. So it does look like we'll eventually see Tholian Two. As for the ship itself, meh. If it were tougher it could provide a challenge in terms of trying to get your opponents to self-destruct by "herding" them into a web, but the ship will be easy to take out. I think Dominion has the best chance of running it effectively with the ability to pull hits off of it and energy dampen ships making them drift into a web. It's a cool novelty piece, and does give good homage to the original series, but I don't know if it will become common to see it in play. But who knows for sure?
You know, after considering these cards a bit, it occurred to me that, in non-faction pure that a Loskene/regular Martok might make 'suicide attack' with the scarabs much easier to pull off.............

Loskene (Independent/LE Tholia One pack)
Captain Skill: 4
Action: Target 1 friendly ship that is not withing range 1-3 of your ship and whose Captain has a lower Skill than Loskene's. Target ship may immediately perform an additional 1 or 2 Maneuver (straight, bank, or turn). The additional Maneuver must be on the target ship's Maneuver Dial.

When Martok goes (Captain skill 8) you can activate Loskene's ability on your 0 captain skill Scarab and have a much better chance to make sure you're withing the right distance to wreak them, as you can get an extra move out of it if you see the benefit.

Nifty. I'm on the fence whether I like the damage the web deals. 1/2 the number of web lines, if I understand correctly. That doesn't seem like a lot, but I guess it could add up pretty fast if you had a pair of these that just immediately start webbing up the play area.
It's definitely a gamble, given how fast these things can die.
So far I wish so many game effects weren't resources. I don't really see the down side of having a skilled helmsman on a flagship in terms of game play. Skilled helmsman on a borg sphere would be hilarious and useless.
I would be interesting to see upgrades that grant extra resources. Like, take the Tom Paris crew card, for example, and add a line that says "A ship with Tom Paris can be assigned the skilled helmsman resource by paying its cost, even if the fleet already has another resource."
